Cons
I am extremely disappointed with the overall professionalism and work culture of this organization. During the hiring and discussion process, multiple commitments were made regarding job role, timelines, communication, and employee support, but unfortunately none of them were fulfilled properly. There appears to be a serious lack of transparency and accountability within the management. Information shared with candidates and employees often feels misleading, inconsistent, and at times completely different from the actual situation. Continuous changes in commitments, delayed responses, and unclear communication create unnecessary stress and confusion for employees. A professional organization is built on trust, respect, and value of words, but sadly those qualities seem to be missing here. Employees invest their time, energy, and career decisions based on the promises made by the company, yet commitments are repeatedly ignored whenever it benefits the management. This reflects a very poor employee-centric approach. The work culture also needs major improvement. Instead of support and professionalism, employees often experience pressure, poor coordination, and lack of proper guidance from management. Communication standards are weak, and there is very little respect for employees’ concerns, time, and career planning. I strongly believe companies should maintain ethical hiring practices, clear communication, and professional behavior toward employees and candidates. Organizations that fail to value honesty and commitment eventually lose employee trust and reputation in the market. I hope the management seriously works on improving transparency, professionalism, employee treatment, and organizational culture in the future.
