Pros

Large scale projects Never had a problem getting training courses or exams paid for by the business

Cons

Pay is average and very little that is unique compensation wise. Every employer offers a discount app, pension contributions are low (6% employer) Certain teams are given preferential treatment. Particular department has known about office closures best part of 12 months before anyone else. If you're not part of that team then your concerns aren't listened to

Pros

Coming into my eighth year at telent, I have thoroughly enjoyed working here and couldn’t praise the company enough, they have supported me from serious family issues and my career has continually progressed, they have helped me develop myself and I am still being encouraged and trained to continue to improve which I feel I am doing, I feel a true loyalty to the company and the team I work within

Cons

Sometimes feel like there is a lack of support from various functions as the business is still growing

HR absolutely disgusting. Totally unprofessional. Pay needs to be better. Promised progression needs to be followed through.
