      Pros

      I've been here circa 3 years having left a much bigger company. I find Telent has a much more human approach to business. There is a hierachy (like every company) however senior management are much more visible, part of the team and are entirely approachable. I really like working here as I feel my voice is heard and I have the ability in influence change. At my pervious company it felt like there was an ivory tower full of secrecy. Here I feel the culture is much more open and inclusive and everyone plays a part in our success.

      Cons

      I think salary, albeit has improved, could still be an area of focus for the future.

      Pros

      Coming into my eighth year at telent, I have thoroughly enjoyed working here and couldn’t praise the company enough, they have supported me from serious family issues and my career has continually progressed, they have helped me develop myself and I am still being encouraged and trained to continue to improve which I feel I am doing, I feel a true loyalty to the company and the team I work within

      Sometimes feel like there is a lack of support from various functions as the business is still growing

      HR absolutely disgusting. Totally unprofessional. Pay needs to be better. Promised progression needs to be followed through.
