      Pros

      At The LEGO Group you actually feel like your work is appreciated. The package is very generous and the bonus scheme is a lovely incentive. Everyone I have worked with has been so nice and welcoming. I feel like this is a place where I can really learn and grow.

      Cons

      Sometimes it does feel like there are too many people who have similar job specs and this can cause issues with roles and responsibilities. However, overall I think the culture is constructive and teams are quick to figure out how to work well together.

      Pros

      Amazing company, fun teams to work with, very engaging with customers.

      Cons

      Structure of remote not enjoyable. Often thrown into situations in the begining you didn't have the answers to.

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
