Pros
As a person, who loves LEGO generally it is like a dream come true. The atmosphere is just amazing - the trainings online are done with LEGO bricks , which makes it fun and not boring as always. People are generally very nice, open to help. Great benefits - there is a parking with a lot of spaces, very cheap multisport, work phone. It is absolutely huge difference between this company and my previous one regarding accesses, everything is very easily done. Team lead is extremely helpful.
Cons
They are really pushing with 3 days in office, which in my opinion not the best with work-life balance. 2 days would be absolutely enough.
