      Good salary If you want and are morally ok with it, you can just look busy and have 20 hours work week

      Cons

      All soft corruption you can imagine in one place. Favoritism, cronyism, nepotism - all possible due to extremely week processes around performance and talent management. You want a job? Good place. You want a career but you don't know anyone important? Stay away.

      Amazing company, fun teams to work with, very engaging with customers.

      Structure of remote not enjoyable. Often thrown into situations in the begining you didn't have the answers to.

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
