      Pros

      Excellent working culture with flexible hours, iconic brand, good social opportunities and very positive outlook. International colleagues and managers, very approachable head of UK division. Although on a contract initially, I was approached about further opportunities. Very friendly team. Opportunities to travel, including visiting the LEGOLAND and factory in Billund.

      Cons

      I felt some colleagues in other teams could be somewhat cliquey- there were definitely "cool" groups. Some employees not as approachable as staff in other firms.

      Amazing company, fun teams to work with, very engaging with customers.

      Structure of remote not enjoyable. Often thrown into situations in the begining you didn't have the answers to.

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
