      Pros

      1. Relax working environment compare to other Danish company 2. Good facilities in the main campus both for employee and their families 3. Discounted LEGO 4. Good bonus (on a good day) 5. Opportunity to work with new tool chain 6. International environment

      Cons

      1. Doesn't recognize talent and reward them enough. 2. If you know more .. you do more..., your job scope suddenly just grow, but not so much in Salary. 3. Clueless leader assigned to lead critical programs. 4. For almost every single decisions, consensus is needed 5. Claiming to be flat structure, but hierarchy exist. It matters who says it and sometimes based on how long he has been in the company. 6. Basic salary not up to par with other companies (relying on bonus to bump the total compensation)

      Amazing company, fun teams to work with, very engaging with customers.

      Structure of remote not enjoyable. Often thrown into situations in the begining you didn't have the answers to.

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
