Benefits are good, colleagues are nice

Cons

Depends on team leaders, some team leaders more understanding and know having detractors sometimes not your fault, but some team leaders just point out every single detractors out and discuss with you about which sentences or saying make customers angry and wanna give detractors

Amazing company, fun teams to work with, very engaging with customers.

Cons

Structure of remote not enjoyable. Often thrown into situations in the begining you didn't have the answers to.

Pros

Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

Cons

Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
