Pros

LEGO remains one of the strongest and most respected brands in the world, with innovative, high-quality products and an inspiring purpose. Compensation and benefits are excellent, and there are still many talented, passionate colleagues who genuinely care about the business and the people around them.

Cons

There is an increasing gap between the values communicated externally and the day-to-day employee experience, at least within the EUC Hub. Since the leadership changes introduced in late 2023, the culture within the EUC Hub has noticeably shifted. The environment has become increasingly focused on visibility, short-term performance, and results at all costs, often at the expense of trust, empathy, and psychological safety. This change has coincided with higher employee turnover, increased workload, and growing organizational instability, creating a workplace that feels significantly more pressured and less aligned with the company's traditional values.
