      Share your love of Lego with others who do to. Fun, creative work environment. Hours are very flexible, and can usually pick up more shifts as well.

      Cons

      Must have strong people skills. Also, a strong stomach in some cases. Location dependent, clientele is drastically different.

      Amazing company, fun teams to work with, very engaging with customers.

      Structure of remote not enjoyable. Often thrown into situations in the begining you didn't have the answers to.

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
