      Really makes your feel like you and your goals are important and relevant. Values and embraces diversity. Supportive teams that work efficiently together to achieve results.

      Cons

      No real opportunities for full-time employment unless going to their headquarters in CT or willing to relocate to another store. Stores are few and far between. A lot of competition from other toy retailers.

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
