Pros

I can't think of many because my experience was so negative. It's not very nice to work very hard for customers who are very hard to please, just to be unemployed again afterwards. However, they do a lot of things to keep their employees happy, we had a few parties, lots of free Lego, free Merlin passes, some free food items during the day and the training is actually really good

Cons

This company relies on employees' constant fear of losing their jobs. The targets are very high and you work with very challenging customers and you need to deliver and deliver, so everybody is working very hard to get that contract. But if high season they won't hesitate to send you away (and then perhaps rehire you 4 months later).

Pros

Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

Cons

Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
