      The core of the company is still a great place and the immediate people you work with were always fun and collaborative.

      Cons

      The overall direction of the company was heading much more corporate and losing what made it special in previous years. There was also never a clear path of advancement from leadership.

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
