Pros

LEGO is a fun, creative company to work at. Leadership is good and easily accessible to employees as it is the Danish work culture that prevails in LEGO. Brand values are good too.

Cons

One has to involve a lot of people in consensus-building, which is not that bad except for the fact that it leads to a lot of time being wasted in meetings. The first thing a newcomer notices in the company is the time spent in meetings and more meetings. Compensation is average. Most importantly, the HR organization here is bulky and seem to be the all-powerful gatekeepers. They have complicated the workplace more than necessary and seem to be stuck in an old mindset. The company realized the growing internationalization happening in the business world not too long ago but is taking steps towards it.

Cons

Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
