      Pros

      You do meet nice and very intelligent people. The first honeymoon months can be great because of what the brand represents for childhood memories. Today the company does well so there is big bonous pay.

      Cons

      Toxic culture in some departments. People leaders have no skills nor leadership background to manage people. You will find a lot of personal pressure - if you treat you manager like a god, you are treated nice. If not, unlucky you. They don't care about people and do not develop people - if you want to grow in your job you are told to leave and they just take someone now from so many applications. Biggest disappointment in my very long career.

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Cons

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
