The working hours are terrible. If you work a night shift they expect you to magically come in for a morning shift every other weekend. They have no communication on things they change or factors that directly impact your job. Promotions are literally a popularity contest and knowing the right people. A lot of the customers are nice but you will meet the most entitled people to ever exist.
