Pros
Good products, established brand. The colleagues are friendly and use auto-derision about our work and daily lives
Cons
The office is located in a remote town with limited amenities, making it expensive and inconvenient to commute to. The management is unresponsive to employee needs and has recently increased the number of days we are required to work in the office. This is particularly burdensome given our low salaries and the rising cost of living. In effect, we are being forced to pay to work, as our travel expenses are not being reimbursed. Additionally, there is no opportunity for advancement, and the work is repetitive and boring. They also took away some benefits such as ''wellness hour''. As customer advisors we are clearly at the bottom of the hierarchy and can't switch departments
