Pros

Great lower level leadership. Discounts are great, and the people you get to meet at work are usually pretty cool

Cons

The D&I groups are bias and a joke. It’s interesting to see that the accessibility group is run by someone without one. The company doesn’t like when you say negative things though they brag about the “openness” of the company until it’s a complaint about microagression and ableism.

Pros

Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

Cons

Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
