Pros
They hire people that work well together, so they often are looking for a similar personality type: go-getter, outwardly friendly, easy to talk to, etc. It made it a fun work environment.
Cons
There was high turn over, your coworkers were consistently changing, management was always in training since there was someone new and oftentimes were from outside sources so they didn't understand procedure and therefore things got jumbled and changed often.
