Pros
- Good work-life balance. - Good mental health benefits. - You might end up in a good team (but it's so unpredictable). - Free toys from time to time.
Cons
- Incompetent and toxic management. - Unclear career path. Many roles are fit into "engineer". - No feeling of belonging to the company in the Copenhagen office. - It is scary how much of the software runs from MVP or proof of concepts. - Constant changes in teams and departments, due to decisions made by top management. - Poor level of inclusion and diversity. So much focus on showing this on marketing campaigns, but so little work put on real efforts. - Discount on toys is mentioned as a benefit, but to be fair, it's better to get a higher salary than discounts that you won't use.
