Bringing joy to children and adults alike as you help them find the perfect gift or well-deserved reward is a great feeling. Lego maintains top standards of customer service for the best possible guest experience, so every interaction will further refine and hone your skillset. Management is understanding and experienced and fully committed to both the brand and the employees. Multiple opportunities for advancement at various outlets around the nation are posted in weekly communications.

Cons

Wages are retail level, hours shift in volume with the seasons, holidays are very busy and chaotic - but these are all expected mainstays in this sort of position and there are no negatives specific to the company itself. In fact, Lego goes out of their way to treat the employees well during the holidays.

Structure of remote not enjoyable. Often thrown into situations in the begining you didn't have the answers to.

Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

Cons

Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
