Pros

Very well taken care of, management cared about the employees first. Targets are customer feedback driven rather than sales driven. The product is good and most customers are happy to be in the store.

Cons

During peak periods the store is very busy and work is hard. The shifts were not normally confirmed until a couple weeks prior.

Structure of remote not enjoyable. Often thrown into situations in the begining you didn't have the answers to.

Pros

Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

Cons

Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
