      Pros

      Amazing environment where you learn a lot and get to work with spectacular people. No two days are the same and that is exciting as it gets you exposure across the organization. Great pay, LOTS of flexibility!

      Cons

      Depending on what level you work at things can be a bit political and it can be draining. Processes take a long time because its such a huge company and you do tend to feel like you are "just one more" person as opposed to feeling uniquely understood.

      Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

      Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
