1) Easy Onboarding Process 2) Able to request lots of overtime shifts 3) Friendly Colleagues

Cons

1) Feeling Underappreciated at work despite I got the highest NPS scores for three consecutive months during my probation. 2) Brown Noser and lazy people got passed the probation, meanwhile, hardworkers always got neglected. 3) Nitpicking and Micromanagement - fire me for unfair reasons and management teams in London Flagship Store (Leicester Square) misuse power to gaslight the staff. 4) Racism - If you are not a white person, but you are excellent at the job and excellent in your work performance, they never appreciate your efforts, and undermine you. 5) No rooms to advance your career in LEGO Retail Store

Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

Cons

Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
