Pros

Lots of benefits Nice environment: friendly, respectful, understanding Excellent balance work-life

Cons

Almost impossible to make a career as there is very low turnover (as it is a good company, no one wants to leave!). Internal movement is very low and you have to do a very tough interview, often with an external candidate too. Interviews are very high standards and based on your performance in the interview rather than what you show and demonstrate in your work performance.

Structure of remote not enjoyable. Often thrown into situations in the begining you didn't have the answers to.

Great Coworkers and Supervisors Great benefits 50% off on discounts on sets

Cons

Overworked in the weekends and holidays there was many times where the store was understaffed and we needed more employees to work High School Mentality with some of the employee's people would have clique groups during work Going back to employees there was some employees that were very lazy and or incompetent and nothing was done about it
