      Good company to work with. One can learn many things. Good projects n clients with customer focused approach.

      Comes with work pressure in competitive environment. Dont have many big oil n gas projects.

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
