      Great local team that was conscientious, knowledgeable and worked as a team.

      Upper management decisions based on consultants recommendations and lack of flexibility lead them to lose many good employees.

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
