      Pros

      I have over 10 years experiences of structural design in the Oil&gas plants and petrochemical plants located in eastern of Thailand. Including have the experiences of engineering support for construction at site as the field engineer role.

      Cons

      The least experience in management work and coordination work . I have only assess of the fair level in english.

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
