      Great work life balance and opportunities to attain and expand skills.

      Cons

      Very slow to get decisions from corporate head quarters. Red tape and risk averse mentality hinders innovation and the workforce's desire to modernize.

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
