      It has very organized system and it is very good stability.

      Cons

      I have worked as lead piping engineer for first EPC contact project, it has some difficult issues, but at the end all solved and now project is running with good performance.

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
