Pros

None, the coffee was free. Emphasis on "was".

Cons

Toxic environment; Lack of leadership and management; No procedures, everyone has their own way to do everything; Future advancement is questionable or even non existent. It's not a place for young, motivated people. They will put you down and shut your mouth as soon as you would like to share your opinion; Employee turnover is extremely high (for warehouse and office) yet they think it's completely normal; No communication between sales and production, they both do whatever and then get frustrated on each other because things are not working out; Customers' pleasers, even if they lose money, they should get the order; Backstabbing is the only way to stay there for a long time; Bonuses are not based on individual sales but on team sales, if you do your best and reach the goal but your team didn't do well, you get nothing; Instead of doing sales you do order entry, credits/ debits and manage shipping, production and out of stock orders; The system is made to be remote yet we have to go to the office during pandemic; They will watch how many calls you missed and how many calls you answered, besides that you have to do receptionist's work when a phone call is bouncing. With the amount of work that you already do – this is ridiculous. Workload is ridiculous; System is not well adapted for sales. Always slow and glitches everytime when you do more than 5 lines orders. Yes, rage against the machine at its finest. Overtime must be approved by your manager, but most of the time it's not even paid, and to stay up to date in your work, you have no choice but to do it.

Pros

Abundance of corporate resources to better your job performance and plenty of room for growth. Culture of a family owned business but potential of an industrial conglomerate for promotion opportunities.

Cons

Sometimes have multiple people to report to but the executive management keeps in touch fairly often and understand who is directing what to who.
