Cons

In the shop I was in, it was very unorganized. The machines were not serviced or inspected properly and posed a serious risk to me and others. I was forced to make a decision to leave because my health and well being seemed to be insignificant. Management did not respond to my requests for proper training or maintenance of the machines. Unfortunately, as I had high hopes of working for TK.

Pros

Abundance of corporate resources to better your job performance and plenty of room for growth. Culture of a family owned business but potential of an industrial conglomerate for promotion opportunities.

Cons

Sometimes have multiple people to report to but the executive management keeps in touch fairly often and understand who is directing what to who.
