      mostly good people and department managers. nice offices and good benefits. good bonus program and profit sharing

      dysfunctional, silo executive management. did not work together. inconsistent treatment and accountability for favorite employees

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
