      I learned a ton. There is such a focus on pushing through lots of reports that my speed and skills really ramped up

      This is a data chop shop. It has hierarchical top down management that treats people like metal

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
