      Good benefits. Competitive wages for salaried employees. Good Corporate Leadership.

      Cons

      Plant Manager and Operations Managers are previous Amazon employees. Management doesn’t have a good understanding of what employees are doing. Management treats employees as disposable. Several inappropriate relationships within the company.

      Regional Management was great, provided excellent support and growth.

      Cons

      Our sites Plant Manager wasn’t the best. Typical warehouse environment, long hours, no AC, micromanagement, mandatory Overtime due to production needs. Mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts. Mandatory 15-20 hour shifts at the drop of a dime Pay needs to be improved for the type of work
