Pros

If you are a relative or close friend of the management, you should definitely work in this company. Even if you have no knowledge about the job, you can easily climb the ranks and receive a much higher salary than those who perform well.

Cons

The management style of this company is very similar to that of a political party in Turkey. The CEO lies at every meeting, claiming that they are the best company in the world. Only they believe these lies. If you speak out against the bad decisions made by the management, you will be forced to resign. If you refuse to resign, they will threaten you and falsely accuse you of doing something shameful to fire you. The CEO occasionally throws gifts at the employees to make them happy (like throwing tea). You are also required to work outside of working hours. If you don't work, you will receive a warning due to low performance. The management says there is no overtime at the company. This means that employees may have to work overtime but will not be paid for it. Project deadlines are set in a way that requires you to work outside of working hours. If a project is not completed on time, the management will think you are not working. Instead of helping you, your leader will wait around while you work to make sure you are working.

Pros

No pros to be mentioned.

Cons

Promotion is not based on performance at the company, but on how close one is to management. For this reason, your leader may have less information than you in the job you started as a junior. Professionally, you weaken over time because they don't want you to improve. The company is already like a family business. The wives and brothers of the bosses hold managerial positions in the company despite their insufficient knowledge. The company is governed entirely by a policy of oppression and fear. Management takes the pain of its own incompetence from its employees. They even interfere with how you should smile, the conversations you have with your colleagues outside of working hours, and the topics discussed during breaks. With every move you make, you get the thought that I'm doing something wrong. You are exposed to mobbing secretly and openly. In short, if you want to focus on your career, improve yourself, and protect your mental health, stay away from here. Definitely a company I would not recommend.

Pros

If you are new to your field and don't have much experience, it is suitable for you. Working environment, spending fun time, happy hour events, etc. ensures that the employee's motivation is stable and does not drop too much.

Cons

After about a year, there’s really nothing left to gain from the company, and the mutual win-win balance starts to disappear. If the company’s overall performance is also lacking, then the time you’ve spent there — even when considering your salary — ends up being a complete waste. The environment doesn’t offer any real opportunity to develop your skills. Sure, you’re expected to take on various tasks and learn different things, but you have to figure everything out on your own. There’s no mentor or technical leader to guide you. It may look like there is, but unfortunately, there isn’t. There are certain aspects of the management that haven’t been fully established or settled yet. In particular, the hierarchical structure changes frequently. New approaches are constantly being tried. While it’s understandable that the company is exploring different paths to success, from an employee’s perspective, this only leads to ongoing discomfort and instability.
