Unstable work environment - Front End Developer tmob Employee Review

I don't know where these other reviewers work or if they are even real reviews. This company first hires you with a permanent employment contract. Later, when projects are completed, they lay you off under the pretense of downsizing. There’s a persistent atmosphere of fear in the workplace. Management often expects you to work outside regular hours, and if you don’t comply, they make suggestive remarks hinting at negative consequences. Even after doing everything right, you might still get laid off in the name of downsizing. What a joke company. This review is for Istanbul branch of this company so you know what I am reviewing.
