It's a very flexible job.

The time restrictions make it hard.

Little to no supervision, extremely flexible schedule/hours (great for moms, college students, and anyone who needs a relatively easy part-time job.) Supervisors are easy-going, patient and fair, (at least mine was.)You go to different jobs each day depending on your scheduled stores. Usually remains the same each week, but the change daily is nice. You get compensated for some of your mileage for traveling from one job to the next. The online program the company uses, Web CRC, to track your hours and collect data regarding certain stores and products is somewhat user-friendly. I feel like I was treated with respect and professionalism.

Sometimes the job can seem tedious and the work is not very challenging. Sometimes store management/department supervisors can be difficult, to say the least, and less than helpful when I needed assistance.
