Pros
You are able to work independently, somewhat make your own schedule, and no micromanaging by any means. This job doesn't require you to think much, and supervisors understand your frustrations with stores that you service.
Cons
The pay is awful, they send way too much magazine product, there is no room for advancement, no incentives what so ever to want to give more quality to your job, wear and tear and gas costs on your own vehicle vs. pay is not worth it, little to no communication, more training time with employees is needed, and the high turnover rate should tell you something right there!
