Pros

· Staff are generally happy to help with issues you face · Good opportunity to learn on the job · Flexible working is offered or Hybrid working · Staff and HR are always looking to improve the office environment and encourage staff to engage with each other during social events

Cons

· High staff turnover · Occasional lack of support for 1st line service desk staff, due to a high staff turnover and lack of staff availability · Inconsistency with the overall management internally within the company · Heavy workload due to not enough staff present or too many junior staff without guidance being provided · Lots of improvement potential for the internal infrastructure of the company · Staff recognition isn't seen often, Personal Development Reviews don't lead to pay rises · Low salaries for entry-level roles compared to the workload given and working hours, 9 am to 6 pm.

Pros

The culture at Totality is great, where I'm surrounded by a hard-working, conscientious team who all contribute to a nice working environment. The location is great as we are just outside Vauxhall station (St George's Wharf). We end up doing team excursions yearly, bringing the team together. On Fridays, we have free lunch and access to a local gym less than 2 minutes away. I don't think I'll ever find a better, more caring team for a long time if not ever. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the industry.
