Thanks for your honest feedback. On one hand, we appreciate you highlighting some perks of working here. On the other hand, it’s sad to see that you’re overall not satisfied. We understand that salaries are among important factors that affect job satisfaction. This is why we regularly review our pay philosophy to ensure that it aligns with a talents’ individual contribution, scope of responsibilities, as well as external market, NRW as a case in point. We also encourage our talents to explore growth opportunities within the company with our active internal mobility program. We acknowledge that there’s always room for improvement and we’ll continue to make positive steps in the right direction. We’re not very big fans of office politics or bureaucracy, hence we’d be curious to learn more about the specific cases of favoritism that you mentioned so feel free to approach any of our business partners with your concerns.

Pros

- free beer, cereals, milk, coffee and other small stuff - team events where you see your managers get drunk - one trip once a year where the whole company gets drunk - average age 25

Cons

- all the above benefits mean less salary for people while trivago pays less taxes - very inexperience middle managers that treat people like monkey - no way to move up because of older employees and flat hierarchy
