      Pros

      Free Zone 1-6 Pass, though this meant they would send you to Zone 6 if they wanted to

      Cons

      Bad management - Unsupportive staff when help needed. Felt like the Team Leaders were not technical enough. Would send you to sites where you wouldn't have a clue about their network etc and then expect to resolve complex issues without any support Met some very miserable or self important Field Engineers Some very horrible staff at some of the schools

      Lovely company to work for. Colleagues are always willing to help and support each other.

      Sometimes staff under pressure with large workloads as busniess is expanding.

      plenty of opportunities to get promoted so long as you apply yourself

      you will have to take initiative and apply yourself thinking outside the box for courses and getting ahead and putting yourself out there to get promotions
