      Pros

      You can still feel some of the old, great culture that the company used to have.

      Cons

      Reorganisation after reorganisation. Brought in external coaches with no idea, external middle managers with no interest nor love for the company, started firing good professionals due to personal reasons. Performance is ignored and salaries are frozen.
