working here is great. i am provided the tools and training needed to do the job. if at any time i need anything to do the job better, i just have to ask and it is supplied. having a finance background helps but the way they train employees makes it so that even if you have little finance experience, you will be able to do the job. the company provides training and enrolls you in classes, i.e. Retirement Industry Trust Association. also, the perks are very nice. Multiple times a month, lunch is catered. getting time off is also a breeze. as long as you put in your request a week before, the request is accommodated. overall, this place rocks. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up from me!

sometimes, my food order is incorrect and i dont get the correct side with my free meal, but worse things have definitely happened to better people.
