      Pros

      Upaged has by far been the best company I've ever worked for. I felt empowered in my role. The culture is inclusive, supportive and flexible. The founder is inspiring and genuine.

      Pros

      They have the app so I can pick up shifts anytime on my phone. The rates are really good and I can see which one has the highest rate of pay. Great customer service too.

      Cons

      Sometimes they don't have many shifts during the festival period.
