Pros
Pay and benefits were competitive. The people were nice to work with. The work was low-stress, and management was fine (i.e. not overbearing or micromanaging).
Cons
Not much work flexibility. Inconsistently applied work-from-home policies (i.e. often in meetings in which most/all other attendees were remote, despite being required to be on-site). Limited opportunities for advancement or even lateral movement within the company.
