1. All pros are deducted from your salary. 2. Pizza is given free sometimes but only one slice. The biggest issue with this company is its leadership. Pathetic, callous, idiots. Not the CEO and CTO, they have no idea they are being made a fool out of. In particular, there are two leads in this company who have made this company their base, they are famous and idiots of the first kind. In particular one. Such a toxic person. Think of Voldemort. Many people left bcoz they didn't like his face. The majority of the workforce is filled with interns. The company policy is to get a 10k labor per month and make them toil. The codebase is the work of so many individuals that it has lost its identity. 50+ individuals would have experimented with the product and left their own marks. There is not even a single senior qualified person. All seniors leave. Some are made to leave. They don't retain quality candidates since they can always get an intern to replace him at 5k per month. You can use this company as your own playground and experiment with totally unrelated technologies, buzzwords. You won't learn anything from seniors becoz ring ring there are none. Though the individuals here are quite committed. Being in Chandigarh, Mohali many people don't want to leave their hometown and hence join. Even if you happen to join because of some of the other reasons. Like, Nobody is hiring you. You weren't aware of it before. You want to be in Mohali. Chalk out a plan for yourself and please get out in a year max. If u want to remain in your hometown try for a remote job. Try to get out of your comfort zone. P.S. - Just be careful not to look at Voldemort.
