Pros
We had very positive, warm and welcoming interviews. Although the pace of planning and responsiveness was on a slow side - I had to chase for follow ups and meeting scheduling, because they would take up to 2 weeks to respond. I was understanding as it is holiday season after all. Eventually they gave positive feedback - WE WANT TO HIRE YOU!
Cons
Paperwork was taking just as long as the rest of the process. Eventually after I submitted what was asked - passport, address, etc. I did not hear anything for 2 weeks. My emails and my calls got me nowhere. Until one day I got an e-mail saying - Oh, we forgot to let you know. We changed our mind. It's not your fault.
