It has a good environment, a clear career path to growth, and good cross-team work

Most of the meetings are unnecessary - They are redundant.

Fair Pay – Compensation was reasonable and aligned with industry standards. Excellent Communication (Within My Department) – My immediate team maintained clear and effective communication, making collaboration smooth.

Lack of Job Security – Despite three years of dedicated work, I was let go unexpectedly. The justification for my dismissal (favoring employees closer to the USA) was contradicted by hiring a replacement who was also remote.
